Parking Rules for Greenacres Estate:

1. Only 1 permit will be issued per flat. Should a replacement permit be requested, the existing permit(s) will become void, and the use of the old permit(s) will be treated as having NO permit at all.

2. Non-Commercial vehicles with a permit can park in any marked bay on the estate.

3. No Parking is allowed on the estate where there is no marked bay. 

4. Permits must be clearly displayed on the windscreen and show vehicle registration. A failure to do so will result in a Penalty Charge.

5. Cars will be allowed to park for a maximum of 10 mins at the front of each block to allow for offload/pick up residents. Parking beyond 10 mins will incur a PCN.

6. ALL Contractors MUST first register their vehicle with the parking control company and thereafter ONLY park at the rear of the estate, in marked bays only. Time restrictions will apply.

Maintenance 

The gardeners have a specific schedule they follow which was agreed as part of their contract. Please do not interfere with their routine. 

They are scheduled to come:

Once a week, December through to March

Twice a week April through to November  

Gardening Club

There is a gardening club which residents are welcome to join. It is a lovely way to meet other residents and get some fresh air. If you would like to join, please contact Alan Harris on 07557 511 669. 

Window Cleaning  

The window cleaning occurs every two months: Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept and Nov. Notice will be given when they are due.

Moss Cleaning

The cleaning of pavements and roads where moss has built up during the winter months, will be cleaned during late spring.

Drains cleaning

The drains around the estate are cleared every six months.

The Service Charge is based on the gross value of the flat, which is a percentage of the total gross value of all the flats in the building. 

This percentage figure is then multiplied by the budget set by the Board of Directors for the year ahead
